SmoothStar is made of high grade materials. We distribute our products all over the world and we receive very few warranty claims per year.

The statutory – legal guarantee covers the productions defects of SmoothStar Skateboards, The SmoothStar Thruster turning mechanism and SmoothStar accessories for a period of 2 years from the original purchase day. Our guarantee can be enforced by the consumer within 2 months form the discovery of the defect. We suggest to keep your receipt or similar documents received when you purchase your SmoothStar products. In case of defect you are entitled, to a repair or the substitution of the defected products by SmoothStar. If repair or substitution is not possible you have the right to have a reduction of the price or to have a sum proportioned to the product value paid back. The above applies ONLY to consumers as defined by the Law.

Damages deriving from the use or from an accident or by wear and tear do not fall within this guarantee or any other SmoothStar guarantees. SmoothStar denies any responsibility deriving from incidental or consequential damages caused by the misuse of our products and components.

To make a warranty claim, please contact SmoothStar Europe. You will be required to provide detailed information to your claim, plus provide us photo/video evidence of the defect.
